2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

  • DeepSMM is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account.

3. Services

  • All services are intended for marketing purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee interaction from “real” or “active” users unless specified in the service description.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to your social media accounts. Use services at your own risk.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be completed before orders are processed.

  • Manual payment methods (e.g., Payoneer, Bank Transfer) require proof of payment via support ticket.

  • Fraudulent transactions will lead to permanent account suspension.

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are given once an order is placed, except in cases of non-delivery or Partial Status.

  • Remaining balance can only be refunded to your panel account (credit balance).

6. Affiliate Program

  • Commissions are paid based on successful top-ups from referred users.

  • Multi-level structure: Level 1 (5%), Level 2 (3%), Level 3 (1%).

  • Abuse of the program may result in account termination.

7. Liability

  • DeepSMM is not responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages caused by using our services.

  • We reserve the right to modify or remove any service at any time without prior notice.

8. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of DeepSMM means you accept the updated terms.
