1. Order Not Delivered or Partial Status
If your order is not delivered, or completed partially, we will either:

  • Refund the undelivered portion to your DeepSMM balance, or

  • Upon request, issue a refund back to your original payment method, in accordance with provider rules.

2. Service Quality
If the delivered service does not match the description or fails to perform as expected, you may contact us. We will review your case and may provide a refill, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

3. Balance Refunds
Funds added to your DeepSMM account are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or technical errors), you may request a refund to the original payment method.

4. Wrong Links or User Mistakes
Please double-check your orders before placing them. Orders with wrong links or incorrect details cannot usually be refunded, but our support team will review each case individually to find a fair solution.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to always contact our support team before opening a dispute with your payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster and more efficiently.
